Matthew is a transportation business assistant with the Victoria Office of Watt Consulting Group. As the primary data collector for the office, he has conducted, coordinated, and overseen hundreds of data collection exercises for multiple communities all over Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. He has extensive analytical, and technical experience allowing him to collect and process mass amounts of data for projects. He has led data collection processes on dozens of parking and traffic impact studies including the Abbotsford Historic Downtown Parking Study, Camosun College Transportation Demand Management Strategy, and the Sidney Multi-Family Residential Parking Study. Matthew holds two Bachelors of Science in Geography and Environmental Studies and was previously a research assistant with the Simon Fraser University’s INTErventions,Research, and Actions Cities Team (INTERACT).
