At WATT Consulting Group’s Shareholders AGM on January 26th 2022, the following individuals were welcomed as the 2022 Board of Directors:
David Watt
Incumbent
Mr. Watt founded D. A. Watt Consulting Group Ltd. in 1983 and has focused on building an organization of professional service-minded engineers and surveyors specializing in civil, transportation engineering and legal survey services.
Bruce Nelligan
Incumbent
Bruce Nelligan, M.Eng., P.Eng., PTOE is the President & CEO of WATT Consulting Group. Since joining Watt Consulting Group in 2006, Bruce has been involved in hundreds of development-related projects throughout Western Canada with emphasis on large master-planned communities and urban mixed-use developments.
Todd Croft
Incumbent
Todd Croft, P.Eng. has over 19 years of experience in the consulting field of civil engineering in Western Canada. Todd has extensive experience with land development and civil construction projects.
Erica Geddes
Newly Appointed
Erica Geddes was instrumental in founding WATT’s Vancouver office in 2017. Since that time she has transitioned to semi-retirement and continues to be retained in senior leadership positions on various projects in an as-needed capacity. Geddes has over 35 years of experience in Transportation Engineering and Planning for both the private and public sectors.
Larry Fitzgerald

Larry is currently the President & CEO of RAMPF Composite Solutions, a leading expert in the manufacturing of carbon fibre and fibreglass composite parts for aerospace and medical industries. Larry brings extensive experience in talent management, strategy development/deployment, KPI’s, succession planning and financial management to WATT’s Board of Directors.
