This unique project solves present-day needs for secure parking near Calgary’s new Central Library and introduces a future-focused concept to attract the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators in the downtown area.
CALGARY MUNICIPAL LAND CORPORATION (2017-2021)
WATT’s Geomatics division is leading the strata subdivision for CMLC.
In support of the East Village master plan, this mixed-use development includes a 500+ parking facility complete with multi-modal parking for bikes and scooters.
Below the parkade, occupying part of the first floor and all of the second floor, is a 50,000 square foot space set aside to support Calgary’s growing innovation and start-up culture.
