Zach Bridger

Project Manager, Land Development

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of APEGA. With 8 years of experience, he brings strong technical expertise in project management, including the design of grading and underground services, stormwater management design, and sanitary servicing studies, as well as tendering, contract administration, construction management, and utility inspections. Zach has contributed to a range of projects, including the ATCO Modular Development, where he provided grading and servicing design, led tendering and inspections, and resolved complex utility challenges.

Passionate about the tangible impact of civil engineering, Zach values the opportunity to contribute to local communities while collaborating across disciplines. At WATT, he’s energized by the diverse project work and the company’s commitment to professional growth and work-life balance.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys traveling and running—having completed three half marathons and a full marathon—and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Millie.
