Moh’d Al-Heneiti, B.Eng,, P.Eng. is a civil engineer and project manager with over 25 years of experience in land development, municipal and infrastructure projects, 20 years of which are in Calgary and surrounding area. Moh’d has strategically led teams of professionals through early stages of planning, design (including stormwater management design) and construction for major land development and infrastructure projects.

Land development and infrastructure experience includes residential, multi-family, commercial, recreational, and industrial sites, and subdivisions.

As an experienced project manager and civil engineer, Moh’d offers a broad knowledge of construction management including contract administration, contract documents, and final acceptance of projects by municipalities. He brings experience and value to development agreement negotiations with governing bodies and private landowners.
