Gaelan Patterson
Gaelan is an enthusiastic member of WATT’s Transportation team with a strong interest in projects that make immediate and tangible impact on the built environment, such as site plan reviews and design work. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering with a minor in Energy and Environment from the University of Calgary, graduating in 2023. Gaelan’s project experience includes contributions to the University of Calgary’s Pedestrian Safety Strategy and the Stony Plain Parking Study. Gaelan is passionate about urban improvement and believes that thoughtfully designed transportation systems are essential to creating livable, thriving communities.
At WATT, Gaelan is inspired by the collaborative spirit of the Transportation team and enjoys the diversity of projects that foster continuous learning and growth.
While retired after 10 years on the National Water Polo Team, Gaelan continues to stay involved in the sport as a member of Water Polo Canada’s board of directors and a referee for national competitions.
