With 27 years of experience, Carlos Woodford brings extensive technical insight and hands-on project delivery expertise to WATT’s Geotechnical & Geomatics team. Since joining WATT, he has contributed to a wide range of projects—from residential infill developments to large-scale commercial ventures—and values the opportunity to work across such a diverse portfolio. His role allows him to engage in multiple phases of construction, supporting efficient building practices while continuing to develop and refine his expertise.

Carlos is passionate about fostering strong, collaborative project teams. He is excited to support WATT’s continued growth by helping diversify projects and expand the firm’s client base, while also strengthening his own professional capabilities.

Outside the office, Carlos stays active, enjoys spending time with his daughter, and takes in the local music scene.
