Mallory Lowes

Transportation Planner

Mallory is a Transportation Planner with a passion for building systems that connect people to the things that matter most. With a Master of Community Planning and a BA Honours in Sociology from Vancouver Island University, Mallory brings a strong foundation in equitable, people-focused planning. Her experience spans transit feasibility studies, active transportation, parking and transportation demand management, and public engagement.

Mallory has contributed to meaningful projects like the West Coast Transit Implementation, which introduced transit service to the west coast of Vancouver Island—connecting communities including Tofino, Ucluelet, Long Beach, and several Indigenous communities.

At WATT, Mallory is inspired by the warm and welcoming team and the opportunity to work with diverse communities across Canada. She’s especially driven by the chance to help people get where they need to go—whether it’s to work, to loved ones, or to new adventures.

Outside of work, Mallory enjoys playing ice sports, paddle boarding, biking, discovering new craft breweries, and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers.
