Scott Blonski
Scott brings over 22 years of experience to the Civil Engineering team at WATT, including a decade as an instructor in Civil Engineering Technology at Red River College. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and a Certificate in Adult Education from RRC. Specializing in municipal engineering design and project management, Scott has contributed to key infrastructure projects such as the Amisk West Subdivision – Phase 1 in The Pas, Manitoba, and the Oak Point Highway Reconstruction. He is particularly passionate about roadway geometric design, land grading, and stormwater management.
Scott values the diversity of municipal projects at WATT and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that tackles meaningful community-focused work.
Outside of work, Scott can often be found fly fishing in mountain streams and lakes, or working on motorcycles — riding, restoring, and building them.
