Todd Croft, P.Eng. has over 19 years of experience in the consulting field of civil engineering in Western Canada. Todd has extensive experience with land development and civil construction projects. He has completed the detailed design, construction drawing and specification preparation, tender preparation/evaluation, site inspection and contract administration for numerous civil engineering and land development projects.

Todd’s expertise includes earthworks design, deep utility design, construction, road design, construction document preparation, tendering, construction inspection and contract administration. He has significant project experience dealing with owners and regulators both prior to and during the construction phase.
