Lisa Hildebrand
Lisa Hildebrand is a Payroll Certified Practitioner and has been with the WATT family since 2013. Over those years, Lisa has fulfilled a number of supportive administrative roles including an executive assistant in 2016, payroll & benefits in 2018, and then HR support in 2019. Most recently, Lisa has earned the role of HR Coordinator. In this present role, Lisa is recognized by her colleagues as a highly professional, approachable leader in human resources matters as she works to support the entire WATT team across all regional offices from her base in Calgary. Lisa is also co-chair on the Health and Safety Committee.
Before joining WATT, Lisa retired after 23+ years with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Human Resources Management Support Clerk. Lisa’s approach to change management and teamwork has significantly influenced the direction of growth for WATT Consulting Group. Her sunny disposition, can-do attitude, and willingness to take on challenges makes her an integral part of the WATT’s Corporate Services Team.
