Moh’d Al-Heneiti is the engineering Vice President with over 25 years of experience. He brings 15 years of experience in the land development, municipal and infrastructure fields working on projects in the City of Calgary and surrounding areas including low impact and slope adaptive developments. Moh’d has successfully lead teams of professionals ranging from 5 to 25 experts through the early stages of planning, design (including stormwater management), construction and project management for major land development and infrastructure projects. His experience with land development and infrastructure include residential, commercial, industrial subdivisions, institutional, commercial, industrial and multi-family sites.
Moh’d has sound knowledge of design procedures and specifications for land development and infrastructure projects in the City of Calgary and surrounding areas. He has specifically worked on subdivisions, stormwater facilities (wet ponds), major roads and private sites, agreements’ negotiation with private landowners, development agreements preparation and negotiation, construction procedures and guidelines for land development and infrastructure including construction completion and final acceptance. He also has extensive training in project management including several project management courses through PSMJ and other accredited institutions such as University of Calgary and Mount Royal University.
In his spare time, Moh’d enjoys spending time with his family, working out, playing squash (when possible), and reading.
