Michael Sydenham is a project manager with over ten years of experience in municipal engineering, planning and transportation. With extensive experience in policy work and navigating the approvals process, he helps provide an overarching view on land development projects, with a specific focus on transportation. He has been involved in all stages of development, from raw land to occupancy, with specific work focusing on transportation capacity studies, parking supply review, public engagement, and funding and financing models.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, typically dreaming of their next travel adventure. A noted car guy, he can be often found in the summer at the local Cars and Coffee events with his Acura NSX, chatting with like-minded car nuts. In order to stay fit, he has been diligently training Capoeira for a number of years, promoting the martial art and Brazilian culture at numerous events in and around Calgary.
