Before you are selected for an interview, Human Resources will call you with any follow-up questions, and then scheduling for the interview will take place via phone or email. If you are selected for the position, we will conduct at least two reference checks. Upon successful completion of this, you will be presented with a verbal offer, followed by a written employment offer. Unsuccessful candidates from the interview stage are informed of the decision once the successful candidate has accepted the position.
